Slightly darker in color, the 2014 Terrasses du Larzac les Combariolles is based on 50% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 20% Carignan and 10% Grenache. Blackberries, peppery herbs, saddle leather and hints of garrigue all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, elegant, silky and lightly textured beauty that stays graceful and weightless on the palate. Like the l'Infidele cuvee, it has bright acidity, but stays balanced and elegant. Drink date 2017-2024.
