Thank you Monsieur for taking the time to share your impression, and I'm sorry that the wine - admittedly very original - doesn't please you as much as it does other enthusiasts... who are snapping it up, which explains its price (in the fixing of which we unfortunately have little influence!). In fact, with time, Gamay evolves very favorably, and this wine will improve. But in any case, if you have the slightest doubt (all tastes are in nature, and that's the beauty of our profession!) please contact us so that the 5 remaining bottles don't "pollute" your cellar if you don't appreciate this wine.
