From the highest part of the Sommerberg and the lower limestone Dudenstein part with very old vines, the 2015 Riesling is clear, deep, cool and fresh on the pure and very delicate nose where floral and herbal lemon flavors and crushed stone aromas are displayed. On the palate, this is a very elegant, pure, fresh, finessed and round Riesling with stimulating piquancy, salinity and lush fruit. Fine tannins give remarkable structure here?very long, fresh and grippy. A classic. Drink 2017-2025.
