Tight, crisp and focused, the 2015 Ventoux la Quintessence Blanc is made in a lean, crisp style and offers medium-bodied notes of buttered citrus, toast and apple blossom. Based on 80% Roussanne and 20% Clairette, it's a straight up classy white that will keep for 3-4 years, possibly longer. Drink date 2016-2020
