Chateau de Cazenove Bordeaux Superieur red 2010
85/100 Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Neil Martin, 28th Oct. 2016) : 85/100. The 2010 de Cazenove has a ripe mulberry, briary and slightly peaty bouquet, fully mature but with decent definition if not quite delivering the complexity you feel it might have had. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin, well judged acidity and the depth of fruit you expect from a 2010 - blackberry, tobacco, a pinch of white pepper and a little Graves-like smokiness towards the finish that needed to show more tension and structure. It is a satisfactory Bordeaux Supérieur to be consumed now and over the next couple of years. Tasted August 2016. Drink date 2016-2019.

Perfect to drink. Exceptional to buy such an accomplished wine at such a price. An experience to be repeated without moderation in the future. (Translated review)

Full-bodied, fruity, needs a little more ageing. (Translated review)
